Our dance workouts are beginner-friendly and designed for anyone who wants to move, have fun, and get healthier. You can always perform modified steps. We also have a fun selection of Armenian dance workouts for kids, so the entire family can dance and move together!
Choose from 20, 30 or 45 minutes of fun dance workouts. We've designed the sessions perfectly for busy schedules.
We combine high-energy Armenian dance, fitness training, and cultural connection. Instead of boring workouts, you'll enjoy fun movements, uplifting music, and a community that celebrates Armenian culture while helping you stay active.
Yes! All workouts are online and accessible anytime, so you can dance in your living room, bedroom, or wherever you have a little space. No special equipment is required.
Your 14-day free trial gives you full access to the Armenian Dance Fitness program so you can try the workouts, explore the community, and see how fun and energizing the program is. You will not be charged until the 15th day after the trial period ends. Cancel anytime before the 15th day to avoid any charges.
